Common pricing questions

Do you ever take a percentage of my sales?

Never. The buyer pays a convenience fee at checkout — that fee covers Stripe's processing costs and platform costs. You receive 100% of the gift card face value directly into your Stripe account. We don't touch your revenue.

What if I sell zero gift cards in a month?

You owe nothing. There's no monthly fee, so a slow month costs you exactly $0. There's no pressure to hit a minimum to justify the cost of the tool.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

No. Creating your widget, connecting Stripe, getting help with installation — all completely free. The only costs that ever occur are the buyer convenience fee, which they pay, not you.

Does Stripe charge me separately?

Stripe charges a standard card processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) which is covered within the buyer convenience fee. You don't receive a separate Stripe invoice for gift card transactions run through Indulge.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, anytime. No cancellation fees, no contracts. You can disconnect your Stripe account and remove the widget from your site whenever you want. We'll never charge you for leaving.
